The proposal is to provide mutual support and listening to each other by sharing our personal development journey: each individual is a unique world.
Together, we cultivate resilience, which is essential for undergoing fertility treatments without losing ourselves, while managing emotions and achieving balance on various levels: cognitive, emotional, and physical.
You will regain control over your life, adopting an active role and becoming the creator of your own well-being.
The sessions are held online on a weekly basis, with the option to participate live or watch the recordings (only the moderator’s voice and image are recorded, and the voice and image of other participants are never included). Support pairs will be established.
2026 Program:
January 19 – Trying to conceive: current situation and future goal
We begin the journey by becoming aware of where we are today. We explore our current situation and the role the family project plays in our lives at this moment. We define what we want to improve and where we want to go. We introduce ourselves and share our stories in a safe, trusting space, creating support partners who will accompany each other throughout the program.
→ To feel supported from the very beginning, clarify where you are starting from, and take a conscious first step on this path.
January 26 – Between dream and reality: when motherhood doesn’t arrive as expected
We reflect on the motherhood we once imagined and the reality we are experiencing today. We create space for emotions such as guilt, frustration, the biological clock, and social pressure, validating our experiences without judgment.
→ To ease the emotional burden of unmet expectations and allow yourself to feel without guilt.
February 2 – Me and my motherhood: letting go of comparisons and external expectations
We explore our beliefs about life, fertility, and motherhood. We work on choosing a personal path aligned with who we are today, learning to release comparisons and external expectations.
→ To stop measuring yourself against other people’s lives and start making choices that are more true to you.
February 9 – What is within my control in this process
We set goals and priorities, learn to establish healthy boundaries, and recognize which aspects of the process are within our control. We work on emotional acceptance and self-care from a balanced and realistic perspective.
→ To avoid carrying responsibilities that do not belong to you.
February 16 – Sustaining emotional balance throughout the process
We introduce practical tools to manage stress, regulate anxiety, and navigate the emotional roller coaster that often accompanies the journey toward pregnancy. We work on self-awareness and emotional self-regulation with a kind and gentle approach.
→ To move through the process with greater inner stability and less emotional exhaustion.
February 23 – Navigating beta results and uncertainty
We address the emotional impact of fertility treatments and the waiting period for results. We learn tools to move through uncertainty, anxiety, and fear with greater containment and kindness toward ourselves.
→To reduce anxiety during the waiting period and feel more emotionally supported at key moments.
March 2 – My body is not my enemy
We reflect on our relationship with the body, often deeply affected throughout this journey. We work on reconciling body, mind, and emotions, reframing the body as an ally rather than an enemy.
→ To stop experiencing your body through pressure or guilt and begin inhabiting it with greater respect and care.
March 9 – Being me in social context
We explore the emotional fatigue that comes from “holding up an image” outwardly while going through a difficult process internally. We reflect on how to be present in social environments without overexposing ourselves or withdrawing, finding more authentic and protective ways of relating.
→ To relate to others without having to pretend strength or carry the burden of constant explanations.
March 16 – My life beyond motherhood
We reflect on the place the family project currently holds in our lives. We ask whether it has become an obsession and reconnect with other areas of life, desires, and sources of meaning. We make space to celebrate life as it is today, without denying the desire for motherhood.
→ To broaden your perspective and reclaim parts of your life that may have been put on hold.
March 23 – A new inner positioning to continue the journey
We close the program by integrating everything that has been worked on throughout the sessions. We review limiting beliefs and cultivate a more open, receptive inner positioning—one that is able to coexist with uncertainty.
→ To move forward with greater calm, inner trust, and respect for your own process.
